What dua should I say after finishing prayer?

After Tasleem, the Prophet ﷺ would say: Astaghfirullah 3 times, then Allahumma anta as-salam wa minka as-salam tabarakta ya dhal jalali wal ikram (Muslim). Then the full tasbeeh: SubhanAllah 33 times, Alhamdulillah 33 times, Allahu Akbar 33 times, completing 100 with La ilaha illallah wahdahu (Bukhari, Muslim).

Should I recite Ayatul Kursi after prayer?

Yes. The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi after every obligatory prayer, nothing prevents him from entering Jannah except death.' (Nasai, Ibn Hibban — Sahih). Ayatul Kursi is Al-Baqarah 2:255 and takes about 30 seconds to recite.

Is it Sunnah to raise hands for dua after prayer?

Raising hands (raf' al-yadayn) for dua after salah is a matter of scholarly difference. Most Shafi'i and Maliki scholars permit it. The Hanafi and Hanbali scholars generally consider it permissible for personal dua but not as an established congregational rite. The individual duas after prayer (dhikr) are not done with raised hands — hands are raised only for request-style dua.

لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

La ilaha illAllahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir

There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He has power over all things.

Recite: Once to complete 100. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever says this after each prayer, his sins will be forgiven even if they were as much as the foam of the sea." (Sahih Muslim)

Allahu la ilaha illa huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum. La ta'khudhhu sinatun wa la nawm. Lahu ma fis-samawati wa ma fil-ard. Man dhalladhi yashfa'u 'indahu illa bi idhnih. Ya'lamu ma bayna aydihim wa ma khalfahum, wa la yuhituna bi shay'im-min 'ilmihi illa bima sha'. Wasi'a kursiyyuhus-samawati wal-ard, wa la ya'uduhu hifzuhuma, wa huwal-'Aliyyul-'Azim.

Allah — there is no god except Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth…

Recite: After every obligatory prayer. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever recites Ayat al-Kursi after each prayer, nothing stands between him and Paradise except death." (An-Nasa'i)
