Introduction to Surah Yaseen

وَءَايَةٌ لَّهُمُ ٱلْأَرْضُ ٱلْمَيْتَةُ أَحْيَيْنَـٰهَا وَأَخْرَجْنَا مِنْهَا حَبًّا فَمِنْهُ يَأْكُلُونَ
"And a sign for them is the dead earth. We have brought it to life and brought forth from it grain, and from it they eat."

A Note on Hadith Authenticity

Some hadiths about specific benefits of Surah Yaseen are graded as da'if (weak) by hadith scholars. The most authentic narrations are about it being the "Heart of the Quran" and the instruction to recite it over the dying.
