Introduction to Surah Al-Kahf

Surah Al-Kahf (The Cave) is the 18th chapter of the Quran with 110 verses. It was revealed in Makkah and is one of the most beloved surahs for weekly recitation. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever reads Surah Al-Kahf on Friday, a light will shine for him between the two Fridays." (Al-Hakim — Sahih)

قُلْ لَّوْ كَانَ ٱلْبَحْرُ مِدَادًا لِّكَلِمَـٰتِ رَبِّى لَنَفِدَ ٱلْبَحْرُ قَبْلَ أَن تَنفَدَ كَلِمَـٰتُ رَبِّى وَلَوْ جِئْنَا بِمِثْلِهِۦ مَدَدًا
"Say: If the sea were ink for the words of my Lord, the sea would be exhausted before the words of my Lord were exhausted, even if We brought the like of it as a supplement."
